Real payments are disabled. Free local demo passes do not involve a charge and have no monetary refund value. The USD 3 package is announced but checkout is not yet open. No payment has been collected for local demo passes.

Before paid sales

Refund eligibility, request periods, treatment of unused/used credits, taxes and the payment provider will be published before checkout is enabled. We will not accept paid orders while these terms are unconfirmed. This page does not claim payment-provider approval.

Technical problems

Failed generation does not use download credits; failed regeneration does not use regeneration credits. ZIP access is charged once per result, so download retries use no extra credits while that result remains available. For unexpected deductions or inaccessible files, contact support with the purchase email and approximate time. Do not include your PIN or full pass link.

기술적 문제

생성 실패 시 다운로드를 차감하지 않고 재생성 실패 시 재생성 횟수를 차감하지 않습니다. ZIP 권한은 결과당 한 번만 차감하므로 해당 결과가 제공되는 동안 다운로드 재시도에 추가 횟수를 사용하지 않습니다. 예상하지 못한 차감이나 파일 접근 문제는 구매 이메일과 대략적인 발생 시각을 적어 고객지원으로 문의해주세요. PIN과 전체 이용권 링크는 보내지 마세요.
